AZiCCUL Holds 56th AGM, Elects New President

By Wirngo Peter Tardzenyuy  Bamenda, June 14, 2024 - The Azire Cooperative Credit Union Limited (AZiCCUL) held its 56th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Esplanade of Ayaba Hotel in Bamenda. Mendakwe Hospital Gets Vital Upgrades, Thanks to Dr. Mumah's Generosity

On June 5, 2025, the Mendakwe community celebrated a significant milestone in healthcare infrastructure with the handover of a U-shaped fence, borehole, and water stand to the CMA Mendakwe health facility. The project, donated by Dr. Tama Mumah Emmanuel and his family, was managed by Bright Light Projects (BLP) and C2C Mentors . Notable figures attended the ceremony, including the NW Regional Delegate of Public Health and the Fon of Mendakwe Village. Bamenda Celebrates World Environment Day 2025: "Beating Plastic Pollution"

By Wirngo Peter Tardzenyuy, Bamenda-Cameroon June 4, 2025 - Bamenda, Cameroon - The Alliance Francaise in Bamenda  buzzed with excitement as stakeholders in environmental protection gathered to showcase activities in commemoration of the World Environment Day 2025 celebrated every June 5th. The event, themed "Beating Plastic Pollution," same years theme brought together civil society leaders, government officials, and youths to raise awareness and find solutions to the pressing issue of plastic pollution in Bamenda and the North West Region at large. The Chief of Service at the North West Regional Delegation of Environmental Protection, Dr. Agbor Ebai Maurice, highlighted the severity of plastic pollution in Bamenda.
