Dr. Lembi Hilda Tanue expressed her gratitude for the donation, saying it has given hope to the healthcare providers and patients. "Before this donation, we were facing serious challenges with insecurity," she said. "The fence constructed has given us hope, and the borehole has provided us with potable water, which is very important for hygiene and sanitation in the health care facility."
Mingo Francis Nchoffo encouraged others to emulate Dr. Tama Mumah's example. "As an administrator, I think these are things that we should really encourage," he said. "To call on more of the population of this Bamendankwe village to emulate what this doctor and the wife are doing to this community."
The donation is a testament to Dr. Tama Mumah's commitment to his community, and it is hoped that others will follow his example. The Bamenda One Subdivisional Hospital is a vital healthcare facility, and this donation will go a long way in improving the health outcomes of the community.
The Eagle Eye Africa team would like to thank Dr. Tama Mumah and his family for their generosity and Bright Light Projects (BLP) and C2C Mentors for their excellent work. We look forward to seeing more community-led initiatives in the future.
