Today 11/09/2020 RADA(Reconciliation and Development Association) a non governmental organisation in Bamenda held a Panel discussion with press briefing on NCDs( Non Communicable Diseases). A briefing attended by media practitioners in the region also so the participants of some Government representatives as well as the civil society organisations. Mr Ferdinant M. Sonyuy President and CEO Of RADA emphatically talk on the need for the civil society as well as Government to step means to fight the risk factors of these NCDs which have no particular cause but a regulation of risk factors of NCDs could help reduce the NCDs cases. It should be noted that about 35% of  annual deaths recorded in Cameroon result from NCDs. Given the Conditions in our society that most schools and public places are filled  with bear parlors selling for example high alcoholic and sugar drinks which are mostly consume by the youths exposed the to NCDs. Alot is done by the government to reduce the rate at which the society is exposed to these NCDs.
