The session took place at the conference hall of the Regional Delegation of Public Works and was chaired by Nzomo Zingui, Head of Division of Regional Development at the North West Governor’s Office, representing the Governor, H.E. The event, which brought together students, teachers, education officials, ex-students and invited guests, was marked by the donation of scholarships, academic prizes and technical tools aimed at encouraging excellence in technical education.
