Cameroon Bar Association: Mbah Eric Retained as Batonnier for Second Term

The election, which took place on July 15, 2025, in Yaoundé, saw Mbah Eric secure 1001 votes, defeating his closest rivals, Ngo Minyongo with 749 votes, Anne Yoland with 338 votes, and Phillips Memong with 265 votes. This victory marks a significant milestone for Mbah Eric, who has been instrumental in judicial reforms and advocating for stronger institutional independence for the Bar. During his campaign launch in Bamenda NWR, Mbah Eric emphasized his vision for the Bar's future, including the construction of a CFA 6 billion worth Bar Head-office in Yaoundé. North-West Economic Forum Launched to Revitalize Region's Economy

Mbengwi Hosts Meta Unity and Sports Tournament, Fostering Peace and Development

Organized by the Ndangoh Calvin's Foundation, the tournament aims to promote peace, development, and progress in the region through sports. Barrister Ndangoh Tah Calvin, Vision Bearer of the foundation, emphasized the importance of unity and peace in the community. "Football is a unifying factor," he said. "I started this tournament last year, and it was a huge success. This year, we're building on that momentum to bring our people together in peace and love."
