Pst Achobong Paul is the Senior pastor of Reform Overcomers Chapel (ROC) Bamenda who doubles as the City Mayor to the Bamenda City Council. Today 13th September 2020 during one of the usual Sunday  service in ROC Bamenda auditorium, the senior pastor announces to his church members that as from tuesday 15th September 2020  six buses will be available to carry people around the city of Bamenda. People moving from one location to another will enjoy the services of these buses to their destinations for free. This comes one week after circulation restriction of personnel and commercial motor bikes in the city centers of Bamenda by the Pioneer Mayor to the Bamenda City Council Achobong Paul which according to him motor bikes were only restricted from certain areas of the city and not banned as others may have it. A  decision to stop attacks on military personnel and safe the lives of the suffering masses. The 6 buses to transport people for free is a measure to help transportation given that in the past week many have been moving on foot from one area of the town to the other with limited or no means of transport given the current atmosphere of security that Bamenda now witness with respect to the 4 year old crisis in the North West and South West Regions of Cameroon that seem to have no end making life unbearable.

The trainees were drilled on Monitoring, documenting and reporting human rights violations in the country. A briefing attended by media practitioners in the region also so the participants of some Government representatives as well as the civil society organisations. Mr Ferdinant M. Sonyuy President and CEO Of RADA emphatically talk on the need for the civil society as well as Government to step means to fight the risk factors of these NCDs which have no particular cause but a regulation of risk factors of NCDs could help reduce the NCDs cases. It should be noted that about 35% of  annual deaths recorded in Cameroon result from NCDs.
